i "WANT" a set of TechArt Daytona wheels bad. I figure that if I mount the Rufs and use them they will lose some appeal and short term value. Long term they should hold their value. Just try googling "Ruf Wheels" to even try to find a set. Don't tell my wife, but I have 5 different sets of wheels...something has to go!

very nice looking wheels, but try to fit tires on them!!!!
You may get a nasty surprise or worse you may be hit with a claim from the tire installer for breaking his machine. The internal ridge on the outer rim where the tire is supposed to ride is all wrong.
Have 6 brand new of them ,still in boxes purchased from RUF ,Germany directly ,that we cannot fit tires on them
or with extreme difficulty.
Dont mean to discredit anyone but this is our experience with these wheels.Size is 10jx18 et 61.

Hey savvas944 - I'm not sure what you're saying. There are RUFs bolted to Porsches all over the planet. I have never heard of such a problem. "Back in the day" technicians were hanging tires on these wheels with FAR less of a tire mounting machine than we have now.
If you weren't so far away I'd buy those "boat anchors" you have in your garage. Six brand new would be fine with me. I'll get tires on them.............

1200 euros for the lot,or 800 euros for the 4 nos 10jx18.Very reasonable, and much below of what i paid,
These are brand new.
4 wheels 10JX18.et 61, 2 nos already machined down to 9J but still the same difficulty.
Can arrange the postage to USA or in Europe,as each one comes in its original RUF box as received from RUF .and can be 4 parcels around 14 kg each. You pay for the actual air postage cost which is not
much from here to USA.For Europe is appx 35-40 euros each.Or you can arrange your own freight .
For your info,i know Mr Alois Ruf personally and he is a great guy with superb
products ,is just these particular
speedline wheels.
