Air bag ligth one???
Install a CS last sumer & everything when according to plan, drove around four month without a single problem ,store the car at the beginning of November, today needed to fix my garage door ,so I start the car everything normal let her warm up & did (what I call a couple of driveway run )then park it for about six hours .Whan I start her back to get in the garage notice the (exclamation ligth & the air bag one was on & would't go out ,after checking for loose connections nothing came up ,took the 3ohm resistor out & replace with a new one ,no go those ligths are still on.Just wondering if any of you had a similar experience & what could be going on.TIA .

wut? You post is not super easy to read. Not sure what you are asking.
Anyway if the airbag brain senses a problem with the airbag system it needs to be reset with a Bosch Hammer or similar tool. You cannot un-trip the airbag warning light on a 968 (or 1991 944S2) like you can on earlier modes. Your options are:
- Disable the airbag brain.
- Clip the wire that connects the airbag brain to the cluster.
- Fix whatever problem causes the warning and Reset the airbag brain with a Hammer or Durametric and hope it does not happen again unless you own the tool yourself.
Personally I think it's smarter to keep the airbag system working unless you are really old, really small, or likewise can't manage having an airbag try to save you when some moron crosses the centerline while tweeting or putting more lies into their online dating profile, but that's just me.

What I,m asking is simple enougth ,I remove the air bag to install a Club Sport steering wheels ,I've use a 3ohm resistor to fool the air bag ligth ,which work fine for 4 months (no air bag ligth was on)then today the air bag ligth came back on & don't want to go out .Asking why it still will come on with the resistor install,I don't care if I have air bag or not (which wire do I clip) or how do I disable the air bag brain, what I want is the air bag ligth out.

As already said, if you want to keep the passenger airbag working, you'll need to have the computer reset with the Bosch Hammer tool.
If you don't care about the passenger airbag, you can unplug the airbag controller at the 6 pin connector. The connector is in the passenger footwell near the tunnel. Its a flat connector with 6 wires inline, unlike the 944's round one. Jumper pins 3 and 4 on the car side of the harness, or the car won't run.

I'd suggest that you get the airbag light off without disabling the airbag computer, because as long as it's happy, it also uses the airbag sensors to trigger an automatic fuel cutoff in the event of a crash. That way, even if you're disabled or unconscious, the car will cut fuel immediately, possibly preventing a fire.

I can take a picture later this afternoon. Its fairly high up under the dash, and secured to a bracket by an orange piece of plastic which you'll need to pry out.
As far as the "car side" of the harness - when you unplug the airbag controller, one half of the wiring will lead to the controller, and one half will lead to the car. You need to jumper the side that leads to the car.

Ok found the the 6 pins flat connector & I did remove the orange plastic piece that secure it to the bracket ,pull the 6 pins connector apart (lol your name got to be Gumby to achieve this feat) now I'll be darn if I can tell which one lead to the controler versus the one that lead to the car (the male or the female )does anybody knows, I'm not taking the chance of jumping the wrong one & causing damage before I know for sure.Another question which gauge wire do I use for the jumper(14-12-10).Thank to __76 911s__I'm half way througth doing the job, so will need help if anybody out there knows if the jumper goes in the female or male part of the connector please let me know.Thank's

Don't really know what happen ,like mention everything was fine when I winter store the car, never had to jump start since I own it, and have a trickle charger hook on when the car is store, started just fine when I took it out ,then they came on all at once ,so it,s kind of puzzling ,the resistor has been check & turn out ok even then I install a new one but no luck.
