Default Rear wheel bearing change

Guys

Bit of help needed if you don't mind. I'm changing my rear wheel bearings and have come to a stop. The new bearing is in the trailing arm and I have come to fitting the hub. The hub is v.tight fit as you would expect. Can I use the hub nut to push the hub in without popping the back out the bearing? I'm guessing the half shaft should hold the back of the bearing in place but am not 100%

Thanks in advance.

You can use the nut. It will press the hub into place as you tighten it. You might have to tap it into place a little just so you can get the nut started.

Do you not have a B90-P toolset? How did you get the old bearing out?

Hot air gun on the arm for 10mins then it tapped out with a hammer+socket pretty easily.

Couldn't believe how the new one went in - air gun again for 10-15mins, bearing in the freezer for a couple of days and it literally dropped in to place!!

I used the nut when I did mine a while back and it worked out great.
