That car has only 1 option, partial leather in black. #556 of 2,234, June 1992 build. Sorry.

You can tell without pulling the wheels off. Real Porsche wheels have the offset and width displayed next to the valve stem. See photo.

Factor in the Dark blue top and Marine blue interior and it is 1 of 100

Factory options include:
SW Partial leather in Marine Blue
139/340 Dual heated seats
249 Tiptronic transmission
490/494 Hi-fi sound with 8 speakers and amps

It is an early car with a November 1991 build date so it should have the recessed hood and larger edged rear emblem.
