Default Lord galva speaks from the heart

Ok everybody, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry I didn't tell the whole truth about the accident.
I'm sorry for the no-brain responses.
I'm sorry so many of you were hurt by my comments or lack there of.
I am doing my best to change who I am and move on after that horrific accident.

After the events of the initial accident thread whenever anyone asked me about the accident I made sure to say "I was pulled out but my friend didn't make it."
It still pain's me to talk about my friend who died in that wreck. I know that I can never change the events that unfolded that night. I know that there is a boy who will never know his father and I am responsible for that. I have scars on the inside and outside that will never go away.

Thank you, to everyone who sent me your prayers and well wishes. I keep returning to this website because I loved the camaraderie and help I received before the accident. And I would like to re-join this community again.
I know that many of you will never forgive me for what I said and did. Please know that I am an idiot but I have a big heart. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and will always turn the other check. I'm really a fun guy to hang out with when you get to know me.

Lord Galva

PS: here is my discharge summary.

(I should have died with you Ken, sorry I couldn't)

Well Done. Welcome back.

BTW... Never admit owning a neon; unless it is an SRT4.

Ha ha ha, yeah.

Actually the 96-98 neon's do quite well in the 24hours of Lemons.
Felt bad that I got rid of mine when I got lapped by one.

Thanks for that Rich.

My neighbor from when I lived in SF had a modded SRT4. I never rode with him (he was 18 and had 3 points = no license) but he swore it was the fastest car around and nobody could touch him.

Ohhhh….sooooo sad

“PS: here is my discharge summary.”

Why not post your friends “discharge summary” as in his ‘AUTOPSY’

I’m sure we would be shocked.

And we do grieve for his friend's family instead of the “Lord Galva” almighty.

Just his user ID should show you how he is so impressed with himself.

But this is the way it is today….it is all about “ME” nowadays…isn’t it?

...disgusting

I do hope we will we hear from his deceased friend’s family and his friends

There is much more to this and to listen to his appeal for 'understanding' just makes me sick.

But, go ahead and give this guy I thumbs up...just identify yourselves to us all.

Likewise, Tom, thanks for identifying yourself. What, exactly, are you hoping to accomplish with your post? Make yourself feel better, or just try to make Lord Galva feel worse?

Lord Galva has made some mistakes, one of which has deprived a family of a loved one that can never come back. His original post in this thread is the first real admission that I have seen from him of the enormity of the consequences of his actions. He's not going to be able to put this behind him, but he can try to do better in the future, and I would hope this community would get behind him and support him if he's genuinely trying to take the responsibility for his actions.

Karma's a bitch, it doesn't need your help.

i wasn't going to post. but, Tom chose to point out a few glaring "things," and i don't think he should be accused of trying to make anyone feel better or worse. we obviously 'all' feel something for the owner of this thread...

i'm not about not forgiving someone. it's a rough world out there. things happen.

but, he attempted to cover up his reckless actions over a long period of time... then, he returned in a 968 with an impenitent "swagger" that would make VR Alexander jealous, hoping that nobody would remember, and bragging about his 968th post.... then, he barely flinched in the face of the thorough drubbing he received... kind of creepy. not exactly one of the high points in the rich history of this automobile.

sorry to say, i think this thread was made by someone with a rather, unremorseful, bizarre agenda.

Perhaps my glass is just half full today. Its a small enough community here, if LG isn't sincere, we will certainly figure it out soon enough.

I can't speak for anyone else, but as a part of this community, while being here I have noticed the power of the rennlist community and how it can bring out the best in people. But in the end it is up the the individual. I have seen the worst in some people too. I will do what I can to encourage the good in listers.

That is the way of the Jedi.
