I say, pull it. It's the 1st thing I do on every car I purchase. Most aftermarket alarms are hack jobs and are nothing more than electrical problems waiting to happen.

Congrats, I saw this car in the garage in GA as I was buying a set of wheels off the seller this past Saturday morning. GREAT looking car.

Maybe the siren is there to prevent removal of the awesome B&B exhaust?
