Try this under your hood:
From Amazon.
Much brighter, runs cool. Fits fine (barely, LOL)
Replace the plastic lens while you're in there. $6.31 from Sunset.

John, I often wonder if you might just have too much free time on your hands... LOL
With all the "new" stuff I cannot wait to see your car. BTW the seats are a match both the stock and the racing seats in color.
