I belong to the PCA SEM (Southeastern Michigan) Region. The Rally Sport Region another PCA region in Michigan hosted a PCA DE at the Waterford Hills track. I had another great time and passed a Nissan GT-R. Could not believe there were actually 2 of these cars at the event, 1 silver and 1 black. What an awesome car!

Are you serious Miles!
I always wonder how my turbo would measure up to a GTR. It's hard to come across one. Please share your experience. I know they would destroy our cars off the line but I wonder what it would be like once we got moving.

The black GT-R and it's driver was in the advanced group. It was clearly a very fast car with great handling. The other cars in the advanced group were just as fast and some slower but I am sure the driver's abilitities had something to do with it. The silver one in my intermediate group was obviously an awesome car that was being driven by a less experienced driver. If you watch the video closely you can see just how much power it has as I pull up behind it and it pulls away very smooth and easy. It was great to see them in action. My instructor told me he got to go for a ride and says it in all out launch it can pull 1 g. He thought he could feel it too as he was pinned back into his seat. I wish I had seen or been in it for that!
