Default need help replacing rear rotors

To replace the rear rotors, after I remove the pads from the calipers do I remove the 19 mm bolt holding the caliper to the disc?
What are the 8 and 10 mm hex head bolts doing- ?holding the caliper together?
What are the torque specs for the 19 mm bolt and the 10 mm hex head bolts?
txs

Yes, by all means don't take the caliper apart! Just undo the bolts holding it to the hub, drop the caliper and then you can undo the philips head screws that hold the rotor onto the hub.

A Magnet helps to put the spacers in place. The torque on the bolts is 63 ft/lbs
