suspension advice for 968 cab
Hi guys. I'm a regular in the 951 forum and need some 968 advice.
I will be doing some work on a 968 cab for a woman in the PCA. It is her DD and she is about 60 years old. She tracks her 914 and I greatly admire this spry woman. She really is a great lady. At a recent PCA meeting she said, "I love the 968 but it does not have the feel that the 914 does. I want to 'feel' the road better." So I looked under the 100k+ mile car and it has original shocks and struts. They are black (Bogie?) and are caked with grime. This makes me think a new set of struts and shocks are in order and possibly a little higher spring rate. I have done everything from basic suspension work to full monoball and t-bar installs on 951s. I think most parts are interchangeable with the 968. can someone confirm this?
My thoughts are to do a Koni Yellow set of struts and possibly install one of my old 27mm front sway bars. Or a set of stock fitting Weltmiester springs I have sitting around, 250lb I think. My goal is to bring it up to a little better than OE spec.
Also any other spots I should look at on this car that might need attention? It is stock right now.

I would definitely do M030 sways, that was my wife's favorite mod on her 968 cab.
