I agree. I wouldn't just throw out the idea of not being able to use a tip cooler. I know people that are using it without issues.

It looks like the S2 oil cooler and 968-Tip are both 944.207.309.00....and now I need to find one since the outer fitting will otherwise pass through the wheel liner if a second 968 cooler is fitted (944.207.309.01).

Does anyone further know the details on the 968TS parts listing for (2) 968.207.309.00 (an optional accessory)? Are these even larger coolers? Lastly, any documentation on the oil line routing to the drivers side cooler (if fitted)?

Thanks!

Anyone have a photo showing how the oil line (968.207.011.00) is routed to the drivers side on the 968 Turbo S/RS? Or even what it looks like?

Thanks!

Just use a second oil cooler, its a mirror image and mounting points are the same, duct for the tip cooler fits and it looks factory, then just run the piping in series. Brackets for tip[ cooler are the same as oil cooler just opposites. Problem with the tip cooler is the lines are not the same diameter, entrance and exit are on the same side requiring more fab than is necessary .., unless its just about the fab.

Correct, I am looking to understand how the lines are setup but also the routing.
