Thanks. That's the URL I was using, but Adguard chose to block the line detailing the valid dates until I turned it off. Argh.

How long from order to delivery will yours be? My issue is I'm going to be out of town from 11-21 to 11-30 and if it's 10-15 business days I will order near the end of the period. If I order now, it may not come in time, depending on where it's coming from. If local Seattle it may arrive quickly.

If they ship w/FedEx you can enter your tracking number on their website and change the delivery to "Hold at Location" for an office close to you and go pick it up when you get home.

Or you can add a 'vacation hold' and they'll deliver when you're back, which is what I've done. I was quite surprised by how quickly it shipped: Ordered 10/28, shipment info sent to FedEx 11/1, picked up by FedEx 11/2. Ships from Theodore, AL. It would have been delivered this afternoon but I'm out of town, so it'll be delivered Monday. Five separate packages.

I'm a bit concerned that there don't appear to be any valid jacking points to use a QuickJack on a 944. You can use the squarish one at the outside rear, but you can't use the round protrusion at the front since that was intended only for use during assembly at the factory; it attaches to the floor and it's not strong enough. Please chime in if you know how this can safely be accomplished. Thanks.

The jack point on the front was designed to lift the front wheel with the OEM jack. The trick is to get the quickjack to lift there (and the rear points) rather than the bottom of the car. I doubt the factory jack point that wouldn't be capable of supporting the car, but Wayne's point about rust is valid.

Sorry, but the area marked with the RED arrow is not a valid jacking point on the 944/951. The OEM scissor jack is only to be used at the center location marked by the diamond below the door. This location will raise both wheels off the ground. For QuickJack use it may be possible to remove the front lower plastic fairing on the S2/951 and use a pinch weld block at the front, and the rear location in the attached image, which is used (along with the front frame rail) when placed on a commercial lift. This is what I'm hoping will work, as I'd really like to get a QuickJack.
