Default Occasional hard start

Hey all,

Most of the time the car starts great, fires right up. Once in awhile the car has to crank and crank for bit before it starts. Seems like there is no fuel in the rail or something. What causes this?

Your thoughts?

Probably the fuel pump check valve isn't working right...there's a DIY on this site if you search BWard...
