Does anyone know the cam sensor position? (in relation to TDC)

Raj,

While you are at it, what is the crank angle sensor position relative to cyl #1 compression TDC? For installation of the TECgt standalone EMS I need to know which tooth on 60-2 ring is aligned with the sensor. TEC assumes that it is aligned with the trailing edge of the 11th tooth after the -2 gap. If it is not so aligned, a correction must be entered into the setup. When I can turn the engine over with the starter (no fuel or spark) I plan to capture the signal from the crank angle sensor on a scope. Of course its always nice to know what to expect!

To run full sequential injection the cam trigger signal has to occur between 180 and 6 degrees before compression TDC on #1. If that works out we may try both sequential and semi-sequential during the tuning process.

Mike, man I wish you asked me this question last week when I had the bell housing off. It would have been a piece of cake to see what the reference is to TDC. It would be as hard for me to see the flywheel teeh as anyone else at this point. I will still try before I put the rest of the engine together. It will be through the top window as you would do it.

Dang! Because my timing is off my timing will be off? Not to worry, I should be able to catch it on the scope. However, if anyone else just happens to have the bell housing off take a look or even take a picture.

TIA!

I will try to mark the flywheel teeth and see what I come up with when I rotate the engine in reference to TDC.
