Wow Luis you read my mind. I used to have a factory Turbo RS Type splitter supplied by Raj. But I removed it because of the bumpy roads here in Puerto Rico. But the Techart one protrude less from the bumper cover. This one will last longer.

The dealer says he also has a 'jelly bean blue' car available, although it's not on his website. Could we have another Riviera Blue example in North America?

When all my present car issues are resolved, I'd like to try making one with carbon-fibre.

I watched some young folks make a hood for a Civic a few year ago and always wanted to try something like that.

I would imagine that a CF front splitter would meet the same end as a fiberglass front splitter once you hit something.....

The polyurethane splitters seem to last much longer.

It's a lot harder than you think...


If you do do it, however, I'd suggest using carbon kevlar instead of just carbon fiber. Kevlar is better suited to taking impact. It won't shatter like CF will.
