Default Turbo S or RS hood

Where would one find a Turbo s or RS hood, even if it is a reproduction?

To my knowledge, there isn't a difference in hoods...

It's all about the naca ducts and the intercooler outlet duct.

Can those ducts be installed on a stock hood? I really like the way they look.

Not true Jason, I have the original Motorsports one. They are different.

Hey Raj,

That's interesting...thanks for the info.

How is your turbo hood different? Is it that the ducts are molded into the hood? Or, is the hood actually lighter and structurally different in some way?

Sorry about the misinformation, Bradberry68!

Hey Raj do your ducts come in contact with the hold supports? Are the supports cut out?

The ducts are cut in and then molded just like any other ducts. What makes the hood different is the dual latch section that is built into the sides. Besides that, its structurally similar to a standard hood.

I am not understanding your question. What are the hold supports?

The frame of the hold that supports the contour and runs right by the ducts. Speed6 instructtions say cut, since you have a factory hood I am asking if the factory hood is cut into the supports that run the length of the hood.
