I have the four way (standard) power seat adjustment. One of them is not working. Any thoughts on what it could be?

On my coupe when I went to sport seats one of the adjusters didn't work, so I took it apart and cleaned it and used dielectric grease and it when I put it back together it worked like a charm.

Yup, it was just corrosion on the connections.

And taking those switches apart and putting them back together is no fun, either. You need to watch for tiny parts shooting everywhere when it comes apart. Some grease will help putting it back together, though.

I just replaced the bad 4-way switches with new and was done with it. Expensive, though!
