Any one had the deck lid wing rattle

Default Any one had the deck lid wing rattle

It semm that I have tracked a bad rattle to the deck wing on the corner it does not seem to screw down and is loose. What is the fix do I have to remove the wing and i already know from my previous S2 that they may not come off to easy. Any fixes would be appreciated. Charles

There are a LOT of parts that can be lose. Have you narrowed down which piece is lose? Is it the sides, the center section?
Depending on the piece in question, you will need a different solution.

Mine is loose and does this... it's a result of one of the screws missing. Check to make sure you don't have any screws loose.

Oh I have screws loose and missing the two sides the first screws are gone and it does not seem to be anything there to screw a new one into and then the second screws just seem to be there try and tighten and they just spin. It only seem s to rattle when I am running the A/C otherwise very seldom. Thanks Charles
