Sounds like you spent some good time here and visited a few good towns. 2010 Parade is going to be about 1hr from the WI boarder. good reason to visit again.

After a four months search (DREAM) was found in a garage cover with a tarp ,the PO will take it for a short ride once in a while drive her back in & hide her again. It's an (Amzone pearl green) 93 with a little over 80k klms 50Kmiles & even though some of you has seen it numerous time I'll like to add it to this photos tread.Since I own it only a couple of mods has been done to her ,The air boxe -CS steering wheel -& some engine bay bay detailing.Suspension was allready sorte out & don't plan on adding anything to it at least not rigth now.Notice the smile on my grandson face ,not sure but I think he love that ride on twisty roads I gave him that day.

Here the Amazone Pearl green again ,this time at a car show last year.LOL a lamb among the wolfes . Lot of interest & question from peoples about what excatly what it was ,seem they never heard about a 968. _____Love that old CS ,we can get them easily here in Canada imported from Japan but didn't know you could buy them & register them in the States what year is it, look flawless to me.You guys down there are lucky you can sport an Euro plate on it.Up here provincial front licence plate are mandatory unless you get a seasonal six month one.

I had the same experience. I made an offer on a stunning Amazon Green 968 in Seattle but (luckily) they declined (They wanted $21K and I offered $18K. I'll bet they wish now they'd taken it)

...then I bought the great black 6 speed that I now have....for less money. I've enjoyed every day of its ownership since. I don't think I would have been happy with the Tiptronic. That, and they wouldn't let me test-drive the "consignment car."

Yep, I purchased my black 6 speed for less than the tip as well. Fewer miles and even had a few tasteful mods. Now if i could only find some cup 1's...

Tempting very tempting offer but those are 9.5" R -8" -F & are very hard to find ,I try to contact the original owner to find out where he got them but to no avail can't find him.The only record mention about those wheels are on a receipt, the shop manager had left a note warning the employe to be very careful when mounting the tires on them so as not the damage them.Sorry I have to refuse this once in a lifetime offer, take care.

Talking

Don't really know if they are winter wheels option or not ,one thing I'm pretty sure off is that the car has never seen snow ,migth i've been driven in late fall but not winter, the guy I bouth it from will winter store it around October & the original owner which was a doctor must have done the same,up here Porsche owners will usually register the car for six months ,I keep insurance & licence tag on it all year around (special interest car) inssurance cost a little over $500.00 -$27,000 coverage, licence fee $75.00 so I don't bother with the six month hassle ).If someone out there know what these size wheels are from will appreciate the infos thx.
