Default 968 Autocross Advice

Have a 1995 968, manual, with 17" Cup wheels, cross-drilled rotors, stainless brake lines. Will be adding Bilstein on rear. Looking for suggestions on tires and extra wheels, exhaust system, any other ideas. I know adding M030 sway bars and ltd slip will help, but what costs are involved? Will run in stock class.

Two sorta cheap things that will help are to swap out the steering wheel for the european Club Sport model, much better feel and change the brake bias valve to give you more rear brake. Do a search here for part numbers, I don't have them handy.

You want to check before you make any mods if they would bump you up in category. It could be the difference between you being competitive or not.

Now I thought that all 968's came with Torsen LSD's by 95? I know there was some questions about 92-93 but 94 it was stock. Or is this just urban legend?

Urban legend. Always an option.
