My new thread on TuV has exactly the backup to my statement, read the comments about TuV certification in regards to another tuner, Hartge and their claims to increased hp in a Mini conversion. I bolded it for ease of reading.

I believe SFR may also have one available and possibly FabSpeed.
I am one of the ones happy with a custom exhaust muffler, mine from HeritageMotorcar.com in Largo FL It was teted and optimized using a flow bench and dynapak dynanomiter.

That's no aluminized mild steel Midas job for sure! Beautiful. Those guys took their time, but your car came out great.

Very nice Grant, V band clamps, stainless steel, the way every exhaust system should be built. Its a shame that not all exhaust vendor sell quality stuff. I am waiting to see what Tim from SFR comes up with. He builds very high quality stuff and uses similar materials.

Got any audio clips? That exhaust looks like it'll make the ground shake

I don't have sound clips yet. My exhaust is not loud. It is more on the low sounding side. I can hear the RPMs rise with windows up or down in my coupe. But I do not consider the sound as intrusive. The turbo waste gate has a nice clearly audible woosh sound.

Grant, u are setup to dump your wastegate into the atmo. Ask Jason, if he is interested in developing exhausts for 968's. If he can build something with that quality and add power, I am sure he could sell a few.
BTW, we had talked in the past about meeting at Hershey, will you be there this year?
Regards.

Regrettably I cannot get to Hershey.

Jason has created incredible parts for my 968 turbo conversion. That is why it took so long to complete the work for me. So, it would make sense that he goes into production. My guess is that he is occupied with completing turbo conversions for other owner's 968. Soon there will be more than my 968 Heritage turbo conversion.

If you can find a more beautiful, better made, and better sounding aftermarket muffler/pipe system than the B&B, buy it. What you find may be cheaper...but I have trouble thinking that it would be better. I really, really like my B&B....but it isn't cheap. I did quite a bit of research before buying. However, they all work. It's not rocket science....but performance may be slightly affected. Different strokes...

I have a B&B and it has been on my car for 5 years (installed by the PO). They look nice when new. But I am not happy with the quality. Mine has approx. 30k on it and has cracks on the muffler. The PO had it welded several times where the exhaust pipe goes into the muffler. I would try to have it replaced under thier warrenty but I do not have the receipt.

I will be going with an RSB set up soon.
