Default Vibration Damper?
Does anyone know why Porsche did not use the 944S2 crank vibration damper on the 968? I've been told that most racers swap the 944S2 part into their 968 and I'm contemplating doing the same. However, before I drop the cash, I'd like to hear some other opinions.

Can you tell me more about this vibration damper? I've never heard of it.

Part # 944.102.123.03

From my understanding it is a different crank pulley that is heavier and incorporates a rubber vibration damper.
