Default 968 power steering unit f/s

Includes all p/s pieces, rack, pump, cooler, tie rods. Used approx 40k miles. All parts in very good condition. Ad is on Rennlist 924/944/968 parts classifieds.

Richard;

I've never had PS in my 968 but have driven others that are track prepped with it still in. I must admit the steering with PS seems to be a bit easier to make corrections w/o being to over responsive. John Patten who drives several Rothman 944's and built a Fire Hawk 968 a couple of years ago liked the PS in the car.

Joe,

I've had both.

My black '93 started out with p/s and I changed to a manual rack which I really liked (except in the paddock). I agree that the 968 p/s offers decent feedback and doesn't result in any drastic changes in the car's manuevering, even when racing in the rain.
