Well, just as I was completing my camshaft/pads/chain job today, I noticed that I have a nearly microscopic crack in my fuel rail at the point at which one connects the return line. I thought I would put my feelers out for a used rail before I shelled out $250.00 for a new one. As hard as I tried not to allow the rail to flex when I loosened the nut to the return line when I removed it a while back, it still cracked. So, always be extremely careful when removing the return fuel line, or you will suffer my fate.
