Default Buying 968 CS

I'm about to buy a 968 CS. Its got 100,000 miles on the clock, anything I should be looking out for other than the pinion bearing and cam shafts being sorted? Is buying such a high milage such a good idea? Any advice would be more than welcome.

Beyond the belts, the chain should be replaced and the tensioner checked too.

Dalton, I would consider these items need replacing due to mileage.
All seals and gaskets
suspension rubber bits and pieces.
Wheel bearings
Water pump
Clutch
Ofcourse all these recommendations are based on the fact all parts are original. I am sure I am missing a few others will point out.
