I am thinking about new wheels for my 1996 993tt but the only place on the web that I have found that you can actually see the wheels on your car is tirerack.com.
I don't want to buy anything without seeing it on my car. Anyone know of anymore websites like tirerack?
Also I really like the techart wheels. Anyone have any experience with these?

try wheel enhancement - i think it's www.wheelenhancement.com - if you don't see what you want there, give john a call - he'll send you pics and such - they are really a porsche specialty wheel shop
they are in los angeles - 310-836-8908

I think you will be better served posting on the 993 section of this website. There might be people there that are running these and could possibly post some pics for you.

Cliff,
There are soooo many different wheels available out there it's hard to decide. Wheel Enhancement is a good place to start. They've got quite a selection and can get custom offsets, etc. There's actually a couple of good wheel places on the west coast. by design automotive sells after market wheels from porsche tuners, e.g., tech art, gemballa, and wheel companies like HRE & OZ racing, etc.
I would also check out the different factory wheels offered on the later turbos (if you like the way any of those look), from time-to-time some dealerships advertise wheel & tire specials at prices that are quite good.

This site does a good job of showing different wheels on the 924/944/968 series.
