So my shift boot dried out to the point it popped out of the little frame that holds it into the console. It’s done it several times before and what I’ve done previously is get it good and wet with leather conditioner, stretch it back over the frame and clipped it back it.

Problem now is that it doesn’t seem to stay clipped in place any more. I’m thinking maybe the tabs that hold it in are rounded to the point they don’t hold.

Anyone have any suggestions/solutions?
