While it's been 3.5 years, I almost bought a Horizon Blue coupe for double what I paid for my Polar Silver coupe. Everything roughly the same option/mileage wise save the HB had the LSD and the M030 package making it the ONLY one in that color to be optioned that way. It also was the car all of the car magazines used for their testing.
So a limited spec color can definitely increase value. Unfortunately, the tiptronic will probably offset that. But the most important thing is, it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Yes, but if I would be interested, I would budget $10 grand in deferred maintenance(including tires). And another $5,000 for the gearbox. Sure I hope I came in under.
But that is what I would subtract from what I would pay. So if you can get it into tip-top shape for less, do it!
Interesting color! My brother and I might be potentially interested in purchasing if you were getting rid of it. Let me know. I was going to message you directly but my account is too new for private messages
WimGreen, tell me about the Challenger. Anything special?
its been a bit since I’ve been on the forums but I’m back. It came with a 383 engine but it got swapped. It’s been sitting for 20ish years so it definitely won’t run. I grew up at the house where it sat, so everyday I saw it sit in the same spot for 7ish years.

Nice. I restored a '74 Charger a decade ago, built it to resemble the Hot Wheels cars I used to play with as a kid. With a 360 + Thermoquad it was noisy and quick (probably more the former than the latter tbh).
Its been a while. Here is a little update on the Wim Green car. It has been moved but still sits. I would say its sat here since 2015. Rainy day activity of pulling out the 8 year old battery and putting a new one in.
