Very please with it. Car Play and you can adjust the angel of the screen so it doesn't hit the ***** behind it.
This. DO IT.
I have one in both my 968 and my 924S.

Works great. Sounds great. Lots of EQ abilities.

It’s a single DIN.

There are 2 DIN spaces. The stereo and the cubby/clock. A Double DIN uses both those slots.

I have the 3500 as well in my 968, only I reversed the actual radio location to the bottom slot where the clock normally sits. The clock is now in top slot. Works like a dream!

Well I will say that that screen looks to be very usable. How is glare on a sunny day?

It can blind out if the sun hits it just right, but usually doesn't last. Light & shadow; it happens with my daily driver MKZ map screen . I will say that even with the occasional sun spots, having the 3500 is a vast improvement over the aftermarket non screened stereo that it replaced. Plus by placing the 3500 in the former clock din slot it worked like a charm. No 3500 adjustments required. I think paid $ 699 with another $ 200 for a 2 year labor/service labor warranty @ Best Buy. I had other things going on so I didn't have the free time for a self install. Just make sure where ever you pickup your unit of choice that the seller has the proper interface connector (self install) for your car . Usually, places like a BB service store or private stereo shop will cary what is needed. Of course if you pay the have it installed you don't think about these things. You just listen to your favorite tunes while heading to a new show/cruse somewhere via you newly installed map screen.
