Default original or aftermarket

I've got a line on a set of 17" Cup 2 wheels. The part numbers are rears: 993.362.128.00 17X9 ET 55
fronts: 993.362.124.05 17X7.5 ET 65

I believe these are the correct part numbers, but my confusion is that the fronts both have "Italy" stamped on the inside and the rears bear no country markings. Does the fact that they all have "993.362..." part numbers mean they are original? The "Italy" thing is what is throwing me off.

Any one out there with originals (or aftermarkets) care to shed some light for me?

You have the original wheels. No need to be concerned. Even speedlines are Italian and Porsche has speedline make a lot of wheels for them. Ruf has speedline make wheels for them as well.
Most of these parts are outsourced anyway.

You do know that the 968 used fronts that are 1/2" wider, right?

Yeah, I wanted to make sure you knew what you were buying. 993 wheels are usually less than 17" 968 wheels, as they are much more available.
