Windshield washer fluid light
Well, the light is on in the Matador but there is plenty of fluid. Has anyone ever taken this unit apart? I know it is hidden behind the passenger side fender well? Thx

Drifting
the pet shows the washer fluid dash light (21) in the instrument/cluster page to field designation B26 as 0.5 brown/yellow.
the hvac/power seats/wipe/wash shows the sender in the pump.
the part number 944 628 072 00 kinda jives with the picture of the mercedes branded pump on pelican but shy a wire.. it might be worth some contact cleaner and some ohm testing.

Remove inner fender well plastic
Remove two phillips head screws where filler cap is on fender lip, filler cap/neck will pull out. May need to remove battery to get filler neck out completely
Remove two 10mm bolts from under around the ABS pump
Entire black reservoir will pull forward and expose the wires and pump. Some odd connectors that fasten wiring to reservoir get popped loose.

Hey Jeff,
I think I have a reservoir and it might also have the sensor on it. I'm happy to help with that either at your place or mine. I'm off until Jan. 3rd. PM me if you can't find my phone number.
