Nice minor project/SF bay area

Yeah - add sounds like a good owner and a reliable description of problems w/ car. Hopefully will go to someone who wants it and not someone trying to flip it.

"994 Porsche 968 cabriolet for sale.
Red, 6 speed, 63,400 miles. Tan interior, black top. Second owner of this great car. Have personally owned for 6 years -
Planned to drive to East Coast (where I've relocated), but during Covid lockdown someone broke into the car and tried to pull the ignition lock. In the process they failed to steal the car, but they messed up the barrel. Have purchased a replacement steering/ ignition lock unit - but will need to be fitted. The car will need to be towed from it's current spot in a north beach garage.
Pros:-
- 6 speed manual
- Timing belt replaced 3000 miles ago
- New rear tires less than 2000 miles
- Transaxle fluid drained replace 3000 miles ago.
- All original car- Both keys- 63,400 miles.
- Convertible top works
Cons.
- Ignition Lock broken (will need to be towed unless you can bypass).
- Leak from power steering reservoir (empties in about a month).
- Drivers power seat button for recline sticks (have replacement switch that needs to be fitted)
- Cabriolet top is in excellent condition, but the original window is fading
I don't have the time to fix - but I would like to see this car go to a good home.
