Where does the vacuum line that comes off the Y from the fuel prssure regulator go to or get connected, the one that runs along the firewall toward the passenger side. And what is the blue circular thing in the vacuum line?

The blue circular thing is, from my reading, a check/one way valve for the vacuum system.

If you are asking about that orange line, it should lead straight down to a connection on the firewall.

Does the orange one connect to the heater/AC system at all? I removed my heater core and AC and disconnected the heater/AC lines that go through the firewall

I think you're right, that the orange line leads to HVAC components. If those pieces are gone you can just cap off that branch.
