Yeah, but look at the estimate.

The very top of the mountain.

I love the carbon front strut brace, wish I could get one! That I think I could afford.
Anybody know what the green coil-overs are? Did these have the "standard" M030 suspension?

Surprised no one commented on the Intercooler vent in the hood. To my knowledge, this was not a standard feature on the Turbo S models.

It seems the outlet in the bonnet was made by cartronic. It is way nicer than the goofy factory layout on the RS and allows to make without the plastic ducting originally fitted to the back of the IC in the engine bay. I saw this car up close at Reiner Telkamp's worskhop before he started restoring it. He did a sterling job.

Rainer Telkamp has alot of pictures from when he restored this car back to stock configuration on his site as Thom witnessed. I used alot of them as reference when I built my replica.
Telkemp kept the RS look hood although not period correct as Jay pointed out.

You can get brace from 944tiele.de in Germany. I have it on my replica see pic.

I have looked at that. However, i thought you needed to grind away so that it clears everything and does not make a bump in the hood. So yours fits without any special modifications?
They sure look great!

PS sorry, I got them confused with these ones: https://www.wiechers-sport.de/en/sho...ne-oben-detail

It fits if you have a 968 Turbo with the 951 intake as my car in the pic and as the factory 968 Turbo cars. I do not know it it fits a NA 16V 968. Check with Patrick who make/sell them.

It fits with a 968 N/A engine if the aluminium fuel rail cover is removed. To keep things clean I put a 944 S2 plastic fuel rail cover on my "968 turbo" build. See avatar. It still rubs against the brace a little but nothing to worry about.

Wonder if this part fits a 951?
Are the strut towers in the same location between 968 / 944?
