Does anyone know where to find a full 968 motor swap for a 951?

Usually guys are looking to turbo their 968.
Try either Plyhammer or Just Joshin' - they may have something for you...

Noticed Lart just picked up a 968 Cab with low miles that he is parting out...he will be selling motor soon. West Coast though
