mystery bolt

Hi, I was swapping the starter motor on my 968 and noticed this odd bolt sticking out, loose, above the starter. Anyone know what it is for? I guess it should be tight one way or another....

It doesn't need to be left on. Only used to pull the clutch fork pin out.
