Let's just say, I heard it from someone that was directly affected by them. I am just telling you what I heard first hand. Can't tell people how to spend their $$. It would be a disservice to the community to not share something that has such implications.
That said, feel free to spend your $$ as you like. I have done my part. I have no skin in the game.

In the installation of my D1R supercharger, a mistake was made in connecting a hose, which resulted that the crankcase got pressurized. But car run fine, just not perfect and suffered from a few strange gremlins. Took years to eventually figure this out, was frustrating and $$$.

??? I am not getting personal.
I just don't understand what you meant with "sworn to a gag order". Not correct if read literally since D1R does not ask or require a non-disclosure agreement.
P.S. Noted your 1994 Porsche 968 Turbo S. Yes, considered too going the factory turbo route, and perhaps should have. This way, the whole drive train would have been factory, and won't have to deal with any belt issues.

Raj you should refrain from spreading misinformation. There is no gag order. I never signed one nor did Bob ask me to. For those of you who are interested in this version of a supercharger please do not let this gag misinformation stop you.

I emailed the owner of design one last night and he said that while he asked people not to talk about the beta version there was no gag order. Gag orders by the way are issued by Courts. So end of story.
There is a used design one supercharger going up for sale in the near future. That’s all I know so far.

BTW, no such word as Beta that applies to this application.
