You should check with Anchorman over at 968.net I think he recently fitted a similar sized set of 18s. The offset sounds like its close to me, but my knowledge is limited. Searching for offset over at 968 could be a good idea as well. But if you do venture over there try not to get caught up in the BS!

Bruce, the wheels you are talking about are from earlier tt. The ones in the pic are from the later tt's and are 11inches wide in the back. That said, I know of atleast one person who is currently running them on their car without any issues. Not sure what they had to do to accomplish it though.
For some reason, these wheels have not taken the market by a storm like the earlier ones. They don't command over $2k like the learlier tt wheels did.
In either case, if one can make them work, its a great price.

The widths should work if the offset is correct. It doesn't sound as if it is. From what I understand about offsets, I think the rear wheels would stick out too far past the fenders.
