Jim C,

Thanks for posting. As a total 968 newbie, I find it interesting to see what other 968 owner do to their cars.
I wish you would elaborate on the F9T solid state DME relay. Did you get the one that turns on the fuel pump for 3 seconds or so? Do you still travel with a spare DME in the glovebox?
Installed Euro 968 front turn signals - front bumperettes suck, where did you get them? I kind of like the front bumperettes-not that they provide any protection.
What tires do you have mounted on your 17inch Cup II's?

Thanks in advance,

-Yogii

And to add to the seat discussion, although I think the 993-style later seat is a nicer looking seat the 944 seat is a better match for the 968s interior. Note the pattern on the door panel. A much better match to the earlier 944 style seat.

You can get the euro turn signal covers from Porsche. Pricy, but the front end look is so much smoother. Want another set of bumperetres? :-)

+968 on the mods done on this car! Looks fantastic!

Yogii - Continental Extremecontact Sport tires, from Tire Rack. Yup - got the Focus 9 Technologies solid state DME relay with the 3 second pump prime. Will most likely keep a spare OE DME in the glove box. JShiery recommended it to me. Small price to pay for what is most likely a life time relay.

Thanks all!

Sweet 968! If anyone wants to get rid of their front bumperette, I need the trim piece that covers the screws. Thanks!

They are available new and are cheap:

944 505 763 00 01C
944 505 764 00 01C

Retail is $6 each.

New bumperettes are cheap too at about $23 each. I kinda like them. Breaks up the front bumper. But that's just me
