Bits/Pieces/Parts to have in case of...
Since I've been out of the fold for a few years, I've forgotten what parts/bits/pieces I should have on hand or in the glove box. I remember the recommendation of changing the DME relay to the 993 version - so I'll do that and keep the original in the glove box. I also seem to remember the heater control valve (plastic piece?) that is good to have as a spare, and perhaps putting in a fresh plastic radiator plug.
What other things should I have on hand in case of an emergency?
Thanks in advance!

Had to chuckle when I read your list because I just had 2/3 go bad in a single day.
Pulled Lagoon into the garage to put antifreeze in her before she left and the dang radiator plug broke off upon re-installing. Lucky, I had one sitting on the shelf. Felt like an idiot backing out half a broken radiator plug out with an easy out left hand tool.
Pulled my silver car into the garage after Lagoon left on a trailer and noticed antifreeze on the floor....looks like its coming from the plastic heater control valve. Yeeesh.
On your DME I would get this (see link) and put your old one in the glove box.
