The seller was a californian but had recently moved to AZ so past 3 years its been in AZ- however she should arrive back to California on friday as the transport picks up tomorrow - i'm super excited

Congrats, that car look great. Same color as mine, too. Liking those wheels quite a bit, too.
I'm liking the engine bay cover, which mine doesn't have. Looks like I can get one new for around $325.

Thanks man, this is almost collector condition if not collector condition..and the file of service records and old excellence articles & magazines is meticulous.

Timing belt and rails and balance shafts all done 10k miles ago but in 2012.however it was all done using OEM parts, i've talked to a couple of P car mechanics and they said no need to worry about them now.

Only issues is the speedometer is jumpy after 60MPH kind of jumps up and down 5mph..

Nice! I got lucky with my '85 911. Museum piece, bought with 37,000 miles in '07. Currently only 53,000 and clean and wear-free as could be. When my air-cooled-only mechanic did the PP!, he said it was the newest car he's ever seen.

My 924S speedo does the same thing, but at lower speeds. It's annoying, for sure.
