wow,.... mmporsche, .... as a point of comparison...
I would take your car at $10k more any day of the week (even with 20k more miles!!!)
I saw this car {below} in person about a month ago. Spoke to the shop that was consigning it. Crawled all around in & under it.

It was a tired car for the 52k miles it had on it. I was very surprised to see it sold for $93.5k on BaT yesterday. I suspect the original owner (unfortunately with serious medical issues this past year) left it outside as a show piece at a large eastern shore estate. It's going to need a lot of TLC.

"Purchased from a physician".
What exactly does that imply?
I see a few physicians driving their leased Porsches around here, on nice slushy days, washing their cars 3 times a year whether it needs it or not.
I wouldn't want to own any of those cars

my 1991 turbo only has 55k miles.
I am currently replacing all the suspenison bushings and suspension.
Engine is out for a reseal.
Heads wanted a valve job.
Turbo required a rebuild.
All the Pollution crap was wore out.
Rack and Pinion replaced.
Steering shaft replaced.
Not something i wanted to do, but given its age and mileage it was needed.
When you buy one of these cars you can get into alot of money to get them back to proper working order.
Something to consider when purchasing.

I've often thought that if I had to pay someone to work on my car, it would quickly become un-affordable.

Rack was starting to leak. Rubber boot on joints were starting to tear.
Engine leaking a little oil on the passenger side manifold.
Once you drop the engine you can get into alot more then anticipated. Thats for sure.
