Looking for 964 Turbo

I haven't been looking for 7 years. I made a decision a while ago to go the 930 route when I was searching back then. I bought 2 930's, 1 was a factory 505 slantnose, and have sold them both. I was at a local P shop recently and they had a 964 T and I thought I would look again. I am not adverse to the local car but I got pinged on 2 that suit me better and am waiting to see if they are what they say. Regardless, I am not in a rush, I have a car to sell and I don't want to buy the wrong car. Also, I firmly believe that prices are coming down so I also am reluctant to pay-up right now as in 2 years they could be worth a lot less. Try to remember that these were trading hands for $35k just a few years ago.

The 965 was always more expensive than a 930 on the used car market on any point of the timeline until recently.
I was looking at these cars in the early 2000's. At the time, a 3.3 was selling for around $50k. By the time I got mine (2006), the decent ones had dropped to their lowest prices by 10% and stayed there until the market for air-cooled 911's went crazy.

True. Here's another slightly more affordable, granted not a 92.

No problem I have head my head buried in this crap for far too long. The Speedlines don't bow in in the center. they look like CupI's made into a 3 piece. they also have a different shape in general. The ones for sale terminate straight into the outer lip the speedlines flair out. there are other things that give them away but these are the most obvious. Always ask to see pictures of the etching around the lug nuts and "SPEEDLINE for Porsche" without that they are worth considerably less as well.
Here is a picture of the factory polished version as you can see they easily stand out vs the others, once you get use to seeing them.
