I think so.
I'm pretty sure carburetors are made from die cast zinc, so ethanol would corrode them fairly quickly.
Fuel injectors are made from stainless so I wouldn't expect to see an issue with them.
I use Shell V-Power in my car but if race gas was easier to get, I'd use that.
