Somebody I know looked at it, apparently a little rough for that kind of scratch in person. Pics look good though.

 

Well then, $150k for a beater 3.6 is impressive.

 

^I called Tim on this car and I passed. I really don't need another car but...Tim Holt is an honest guy, and he did not tell me that the car is rough but it does have miles. BI bought my 3.6 with much lower mileage but pretty rough for a lot less.

OT: *Question: is the tail on the 3.6 the same as 91/92 3.3? Mine needs TLC...trying to decide a path*

 

I wouldn't call it a beater, and I haven't seen it myself, but if it shows it miles that could explain the price. Only hear good things about holt.

Seriously? There 3.6 Turbos are advertised for $179,000 to $260K out there.
The ONE person who saw this car was so in love with it he could not make up his mind between it and
a MINT 2010 GT3 with 7K miles. This car is not rough by any stretch. In fact it looks fantastic especially considering the miles. I have had over a dozen 3.6 T's since 94.
I think our price is more than fair and the car will make the new owner proud.

I wouldn't say he is shouting down, he is simply protecting his investment and expressing his enthusiasm. I would do the same.
