I think the front is screwed into the headlamp bucket and the rear is supported by the connecting tube. Look at the PET catalog.
Look inside your fender for where that little tongue bracket at the front screws in.

Better yet, don't bother to install it and save some weight.
Mine's been empty since I bought my car 7 years ago.

The front is connected to a bracket that bolts to the headlight bucket. You should also have a fender support bar there that would hold it up until you attach the fender. The rear is bolted to the chassis as in this picture.
