You can do it yourself in less than 30 minutes. Essentially, you need to remove the plastic underside tray behind the front spoiler and bend a couple of attachment points back into shape:
Lay a wrecking bar or pry bar on that metal lip and have an assistant tap the bar close to the lip with a short sledge hammer. Work your way across until the entire lip is in the proper position.
My issue with the normal vanity plate is that it makes you car way too identify-able.
I actually plan to get a vanity plate that is a series of 1's and I's, like 1I11II1. Try reading that when a car passes you at 100 mph down the freeway.

They wont let you get plates like that here for specifically that reason..
Also, seeing as I have the only black 964 turbo in town, tracking me down wont be too much of a problem for them
