Lovely car. The Linen Grey Jap spec 3.3 turbo from RSC?

This color is very similar to my Zermatt Silver. Enjoy in good health!

Tell him I like that steel beam above his garage Door. I've been using exposed steel beams in my homes. Nothing like this master piece. i would love to see the view from inside.

congrats @965Guards
That one had , how would you say, some pretty colourful discussion during the BaT auction. How has it checked out? Did you take it for PPI? Since it went ‘reserve not met’ what did you get it for ? I’m sure we are all very curious here !!

Everything seems fine but I have not got into it in detail yet. A year ago Andrew replied to a kijiji 964T wanted add I had and we talked price and he wasn’t ready to sell at the time. He recently tried bat and it didn’t work out so he sent me a text and said you still want my car and we worked a deal that we were both happy with. He is a great guy and lives in some crazy back country it’s nice out there. I have a 68 mercury truck under the knife right now that has to get finished before I get into this car to deep but I will keep you guys posted. I will need lots of help I am sure but really looking forward to it.
68 Merc for reference

i'm happy it's staying in Canada! We've lost a few nice 964s recently and looks like we'll probably loose another 964 Turbo from North Vancouver which is on BaT. I countered that by importing one from Japan to Victoria. Doing my part!!!!

Enjoy it. There is tons to learn and the community here is amazing. I'm sure you know already who they are but there are some guys here with just an insane amount of knowledge and experience. They can pick things apart just from pictures that after staring at for 5 mins I still can figure out what they saw! In a strange way I find it both encouraging and intimidating! But, at the end of the day it's a car. And I hope you get to do what you want with it, and most of all enjoy it and drive it.

If you can work on a car and not do stupid things to it in the process, eventually you become one of those "BTDT" guys, especially if you are a long-term owner. Some of us have engineering/manufacturing backgrounds that we can draw on in the process of caring for and improving these cars. In the end, having the tools in your hand and doing things is what it takes.

Last day together. This is definitely one I will miss but I've owned it for 4 years and put under 400 miles on it. While beautiful and amazing, I need to make room. Sad day regardless.

Saw these at The Bridge this weekend.

Summer Yellow at the C&C Sunday. A rare color although they claim original paint my eye says a PPI is needed. Too many miles no orange peel or blemishes and painted door handles. The little things but still a rare 3.3 in a unique color. Asking $300k.

I could be mistaken but I believe this is the 3.6T that got me hooked back in 1999 to start looking for mine. I believe this was owned at one time by Speednme. It is the only black 3.6 I have seen that they repainted over the clear film on the rockers. A nice but not original example.
