Default Fuel pumps won't activate unless jumped.

I just buttoned up everything from some mods and the car wouldn't start. I cranked it for a bit and went to sniff the exhaust for some gas fumes but nothing. I then listened for the pumps and heard nothing. I pulled the fuel pump relay, jumped it, the pumps kicked on so I swapped out a known working relay and nothing. I then checked to make sure the over boost was grounded properly and it was indeed. Finally, just to hear the new exhaust, I jumped the relay, started up the car and man was that ever a great motive to get this thing working correctly! I do not own the wiring diagram for the car so if someone has one and could take a quick glance at it, I would appreciate it. I'm going to start at the relay and work my way back to the turbo control box cleaning leads and then checking solder joints. Can you guys recall anything simple I am over looking or some insight? Is there an inertia switch or airbag link I am missing? Thanks.

Are you going to keep it or remove it?

Naw, I can barely afford one. Maintenance on two would bankrupt me
I just ask because usually aftermarket wiring is fairly intrusive and can cause lots of problems, depending on the level of craftsmanship executed during the installation.
