Front Strut mounts are NLA in North America. 3-4 week wait time from Germany. Suspension will be going on once all parts arrive in the next two weeks.

Honestly, I am not quite sure how to respond to your statement.

Like I did earlier in the thread? I wouldn't do such a thing........twice.

I am only joshing with you. I am super envious of your awesome IC. I live in south Texas and it was 91* yesterday. When I get a new IC I will convert my old one into an oil cooler.

Ha Ha...That is what i thought, but wanted to take the safe route.

One thing is for sure, that IC is stout as hell. I will be taking it off in a couple of days and get some shots of it from different angles. This might make you hate me, but i have a set of GT2 intercoolers about to go on my 996tt along with k24 turbos, and injectors. The IC are much larger and the housings have to be modified.

My new oil cooler came in last week, as well as all of my suspension goodies. I will be bolting them up within the next two weeks after I finish taking out the interior.

This is what cylinder #4 looks like and the end result of why the car smokes like a mosquito machine. i have a feeling the rings were not seated/dialed in correctly because they should not have failed so early.

Interesting interior shots. Do all the cars (with a black interior - like mine and yours) have a brown HVAC panel and brown plastic cover piece under the E-brake? I figured mine had gotten swapped out for a one that was "close-enough" in color but after seeing yours I'm wondering if they are all like that...

Funny you mention that. After I took the photo, it sparked my interest and checked the color again while in the car. Apparently, the flash of the camera makes it look more brown. However, in person they look black, or rather blend in well with the rest of the interior. Maybe yours are sun bleached more than mine. Obviously, Porsche used allot of brown material when manufacturing these trim pieces.
